1.- At the moment I am ill again. The last seven months I went to the doctor twice a months because my body is not work to be a sportnut or maybe just for bad luck so to be healthy actually I am not doing nothing. Ussually when I am good I try to go to run and to the pool four times a week,I also go to the gym 2 times a week to increased the muscles that I dont use when I am running or swiming such as the bicep. To be honest I try to do this but only sometimes I got it (ejejjej). Nowadyas I try to be healthy by the food because I cant practice sports. During the week I eat food with low fats and I dont eat enought. The problen appear when the wekeend comes I leave the healthy food to be happy and I eat 3 or 4 chocolate table, I call Telepizza every wekeend and at nights if I can I go to the discos and I drink alcohol it is so bad to be healthy. To summary I think that if at the week you practice sports minimun 4 times and you dont eat enought and you try to eat healthy food you can will be crazy at wekeends and eat many sweets and fastfood when I recovered from my illnees I will go to do it for sure.
2.- I add to the picture all kinds of food because the doctor says that the correct way to be healthy is eat a litlle bit of all kind of foods. I know that there are foods so bad for the body like McDonalds etc but this kinds of food are not natural so are not included in all kind of foods.

I sometimes go to run the Dunas of Maspalomas and aslo I go the gym, always that I don't have homework or examinations. With respect to health I always try to eat of all but healthy. 2. I agree because it is very important for being healthy and fit. Nevertheless I think that to eat bad food, for example: in the Pepe Chiringo, in the Mcdonald's or in the Burger King, it isn't bad for the health. I eat in this place, overcoat the weekends, for example: after a match or after a party.

i consider that im a healthy person, first in the mornig, i hyave to eat a big breakfast al the days before to go class, after, i do some excercises in the morning and than when i arrive to my home, i eat some meet or fish but before i always eat big salads, there are a lot of types of salads, you can include tomatoes, cheese, yogur.... in the afternoon i practise volley 2 hours and i work all the parts of my body like legs, arms, etc... so im considerer a healthy person but of course sometimes i eat some sweets or ice creams because is neccesary for my body!!!
about the picture, theses steps are the best. refer to computer o tv, you can be in the computer for example to work or to speak with friends but no all the afternoon for example..... i hope that one day all the persons in the worls do this steps. i include not smoke a not drink alcoholic drinks

I practice sport 6 times a wek and in some weeks i practice sport every day, i go swimming and i go to the gym also four times a week. On Sunday i don´t practice exercisa but some sunday i go to the beach and swim, or i go to play fotball with friends, etc.

1.To being healthy I´m going to swim three times a week to the swimming pool, I´m going to walk with mi dog (Dana) an hour a day and I practise sport in the university almost every day. Nevertheless, I usually don`t control my diet but I eat big variety of meal like vegetables, meat, fish, fruit ... but I`m addicted to the chocolate, I cannot avoid it!!!
2.I´m completely in accordance with these steps continuing but I would add don´t smoke and drink alcohol every day, or to consume another type of drugs.

Hi everybody, I think that before I came to Gran Canaria I lived a really healthy life. For two years I was training every day between 4 to 6 hours a day, I ate 5 times a day and slept 10 hours a day. I prepared my food generally just with products of whole grain, fruits, vegetables, fish etc.. I just drank fresh pressed juice, a lot of water and isotonic drinks because of the lost of important minerals. It was a very balanced and great life. I always had power and I felt fresh. Since I am in Gran Canaria my lifestyle has turned absolutely. Before I had all day time for sports, it was the only thing I did and I loved it. Somebody might say, that sounds boring, focussed just on one thing and that he couldn't live like this, but I loved it so much. When I came here to study my life changed a lot. Since I am in the University I don't have the time to train so much, because of the study, homework, my work at the karting, girl-friend and a lot of things for which you are responsable when you are living on our own. There are so many things to organise, sometimes I think it's almost impossible. But it is like the English say: "Never give up"! So when I got time for sports I enjoy it double as much as before. When I go surfing I can leave all that stress behind and just think of the next wave, which I will catch. Quite often I have to eat "bocadillos" and have no time to cook more healthy. That's a pity, because I really enjoy cooking at home. So hopefully that will change in the future, so that I got more time to take better care of my body and my health, as I did before or at least similar!

In the past a lot of statistics have shown the increase of diseases, which people had suffered from just because of no action. But as well I have seen that nowadays many people try to make sports in their freetime to keep fit. So hopefully that trend will continue, so that every one of us will later find a job! Quite some time ago I bought myself a book by a British wellness guru Gillian McKeith: "You are what you eat" and it soon became my bible...beans, seaweed, goji berries - that's my stuff. Food is one thing, but then obviously a key to healthy, balanced life and eternal happiness, the spice of my life - SPORT

Saturdays and Sundays I don´t practice sports because I must work. For my it is fundamental to eat healthy, although also the body needs sometimes other classes meals like those of the Pepe Chiringo, to Burger king, etc. 2). I am in agreement with picture. I think that we must be disciplined with the schedules and that there are to eat foods healthy and to practice sports to maintain the body healthy.It is very important, because we must be aware that we avoided diseases to our body .

1.Keeping fit is very important nowadays we live in a hot island and we are constantly showing our bodys,but on the other hand that doesnt seem to matter to lots of the canarian people who live here because we are the fatest in Spain. you dont need to be healthy just for your phisical appearence you need to be healthy to have a better live, if you are healthy you have more energy to live life with exciment. usually what I do to keep fit is go running a few times a week and try not to eat to many chocolates and sweets.

I have always been fit and I think I will keep this morphology all my life. So I never worry about it, it's a luck. When I see all these girls (and boys sometimes) always obsessed by what they eat and drink I feel glad to don't think about that. But being slim doesn't means being healthy so I try to have a good health habit. First I practice a lot of surf so it help me to keep in form by a funny way. I also practice a lot of sex with my girlfiend, this is the best way to practice sport. Next, I try to eat as well as I can, I will never hesitate to buy more expensive food if it's better for me. Moreover I prefer eating vegetables and balancy food than fast food because it tastes really better.

1.Hi!!I do sport every day in the university and i play fotball three times a week in a football team in the evenings...Every day i eat well and always i eat some piece of fruit!!!All the nights i go to sleep early to begin well the following day!
I do these things to follow a healthy and active life!!
2.i belive that in this picture you can see the five more important things that you can realize for have a helthy live.but maybe you can introduce a new thing in this list!!
1- What I do to be healthy and keep fit is practice diferents sports every day or every two days like football, basketball, swimming, gymnastics and athletics, all that accompanied that a good nourishment, and is important too eating five times a day and drinking water when my body needs it!! is simple, some sport and good alimentation, is everything what you need to be kept healthy..
2- I´m very agree with the picture because these are five very important things for the health but is very difficult to do it every day.. you need to be a very responsible person to do these five conditions every day.. I know that is impossible for me..
1 - I think that i have a lot of luck, because for me is very easy to eat healthy food and practice many sports, i love do this. When i go to practice any sport or eat any food, is natural for me to choose the healthy option, i havent that do a effort. But i sometimes eat fast food, unhealthy food, but for me this is necesary, because I only think in the health of my body, I also thinck in the health of my brain.
2 - I totally agree with the picture, but I include dont drink many alcoholic drinks.
1- I often do sport, but not regularly. I do when I have free time and I go to play football, basket, swimming and something of bodyboard with my friends, but nowadays I don´t have time ;).
I think that to be fit you need a variety diet also, but I think that the picture is Ok.
I do sport every day,i practice atlethics,sometimes i play football,basketball,american football,rugby.I WANT GO THE NEXT MONTH TO THE GYM BUT FOR MY THE GYM IT´S VERY BORED.
THE PICTURE IS A NATURAL SPORTMAN ROUTINE.I REALLY LIKE THIS ROUTINE.
1.Everyday I try practise sports as run in the mountain play football with the friends,gym,fronttennis,depends of the moment.I try practisefour or 5 days in the week.I´haven´t a diet.Only I try don´t to eat in fast foods,to have a control.
2.the diet showed in the page is good,is a very healthy diet,maybe I need to eat more vegetables and fruits.
1. What I do to be healthy is to eat more fish than meat and lots of fruits and vegetables. I keep fit doing physical exercises.
2. I think it,s a short and full summary about basic rules of healthy living. I add the importance of sleep and rest.
1.Keeping fit is very important nowadays we live in a hot island and we are constantly showing our bodys,but on the other hand that doesnt seem to matter to lots of the canarian people who live here because we are the fatest in Spain.
you dont need to be healthy just for your phisical appearence you need to be healthy to have a better live, if you are healthy you have more energy to live life with exciment.
usually what I do to keep fit is go running a few times a week and try not to eat to many chocolates and sweets.
2.The picture shows you the basic steps, but if you really want to lose weight our gain it I think you should go to your doctor so you can have a perfect diet .one of the extra steps i would add is drinking a glass a water before your meals so you can have a good digestion.
1. The truth is that I don't take care very much of my nourishment. I eat what I want and when I want, but I try to eat varied (meat, macarroni, fish), fruit, cereals and vegetables. The nourishment is very important, and if you combine it with exercise you will be healthy. If you have a varied diet and do a little exercice will be healthy!
2. The picture is very good, 'cause of it combines diet, with exercise, to drink a lot of water, every day to be active and caloric helps like juices or snacks. The perfect combination for a healthy body!!!
I have always been fit and I think I will keep this morphology all my life. So I never worry about it, it's a luck. When I see all these girls (and boys sometimes) always obsessed by what they eat and drink I feel glad to don't think about that.
But being slim doesn't means being healthy so I try to have a good health habit.
First I practice a lot of surf so it help me to keep in form by a funny way. I also practice a lot of sex with my girlfiend, this is the best way to practice sport.
Next, I try to eat as well as I can, I will never hesitate to buy more expensive food if it's better for me. Moreover I prefer eating vegetables and balancy food than fast food because it tastes really better.
1. TO BEING HEALTHY I´M GOING TO RUN EVERY DAY. I PRACTIE A LOT OF SPORTS, IN SPECIAL RAKETS SPORTS. AND I ALWAYS TRY TO EAT OFF ALL BUT HEALTHY.

ONE EXAMPLE IS DRINKING WATER, IT IS AN IMPORTANT STEP TO EATING HEALTHY. I MADE SURE I DRANK AS MUCH WATER AS MY BODY COULD CONSUME, WHICH IS IMPORTANT
BUT I THINK THAT COMPLETE HEALTH IS NOT JUST ARCHIEVED BY EATING RIGHT, EXCERCISING ANS SLEEPING PROPERLY. THE ARE MORE IMPORTANT FACTORS
I think i have a healthy life, 'couse i eat a very varied diet and i do exercise all the time i can. I always say that if u want to be healthy u must to have a balance in all u do, 'couse i think that the body need all kind of food but all moderately. I think that the people that go to the gym and they exercise his muscles excessively and eat a lot of carbohydrates don't have a helthy life, again the BALANCE
